Legacy of Covid-19... Some bits we created to keep everyone amused.

  • St Georges Day Mummers play
Exploiting the wonders of modern technology, the wizzards (and witches) of Broadwood have, for your delight and delectation, assembled their meagre resources to provide you with a mummers play that will meet no equal!
  • Our very own Jim renders Henry V
Our Jim rises to the occasion to muster the spirits of all with a rousing speech from his Horsham back garden. Definitely our finest hour (this Thursday evening).
  • May Eve Extravaganza
Rory and Dick devote their daily exercise opportunity to offer, on May Eve, a fine rendition of the Princess Royal solo jig - Bledington.
  • Day of Dance 2020
Many will be aware that Covid-19 put paid to our full 2020 Day of Dance. However, some intrepid heros ventured out to ensure that the day was marked, at least at a token level, with an appropriately "Socially Distanced" (if, albeit, windy) performance Princess Royal Jig outside Ray Welton's brewery.
  • The Longest Day
A motion picture to commemmorate the passing of the summer solstice.
  • Maypoles to Mistletoe
The production we have participated in with Magog on the run-up to Christmas for more years than we can remember. For 2020, the principals put together this video "taster". Enjoy!
  • Jimmy Dawes
A Christmas warning to all naughty boys by our very own Jim Farr.
  • The Rusper Mummers Play
A Covid-secure 2020 version of your favourite local mummers play filmed at a not-so-secret location when nobody was around.
  • DIY Wassail
Perform your very own Wassail on your unloved apple trees by using our easy-to-use Wassail instructional.
  • Furry Day Carol
The Massed Band of Broadwood and The Broadwood Men perform in a way that only video productions can render. A massed display of dexterity and precision dancing for your delectation and delight... the Furry Day Carol as never before performed in Maypoles to Mistletoe.

That's all folks
